185 kWp solar system saves flower farm over $ 40,000 per year
Greenspark has just constructed a 185 kWp solar system for a farm near Naivasha. The system will supply on average 30% of the farm’s energy requirement annually, making the power available for water pumping, irrigation, cold store, etc. The solar system is built on several roofs across the farm premises. The annual savings on the electricity bill will exceed US$ 40,000.
This system has been equipped with European made Fronius inverters and with solar modules from the German manufacturer AEG.
